We are one of only 27 Comprehensive Stroke Centers in California, and the only one in the Central Valley.

Quad Squad Stops at Safe Kids Stanislaus Car Seat Checks

Safe Kids Stanislaus, proudly led by Doctors Medical Center and the Stanislaus County Police Activities League (PAL), hosted free car seat checks on Friday, August 18, at the Oakdale Bike Shop.

Nationally certified car seat technicians and volunteers with Safe Kids Stanislaus made 19 children safer in their vehicles by educating 13 caregivers on child passenger safety, replacing 12 car seats and one booster.

Our Doctors Medical Center “Quad Squad” even made a stop at the car seat checks. Andrew, Julian, Samuel and Robert were born at Doctors Medical Center on December 31, 2020. The family received four new car seats from Safe Kids Stanislaus. The boys were ready to transition to convertible car seats. Mama did an excellent job of installing the car seats herself after receiving education from nationally certified technicians. She left knowing her kiddos are 100% safe in their car seats.
