Doctors Medical Center Appoints New Associate Administrator

Modesto, Calif. – Dec. 9, 2022 – Doctors Medical Center has appointed Joe Garcia as its new Associate Administrator, effective Dec. 4, 2022.
As Associate Administrator, Garcia will develop management objectives for various hospital departments and monitor results. He will coordinate activities within various departments and help resolve issues with department leads. Garcia will also assist administration with special projects, and with short and long-term strategic planning.

Garcia has been serving as Market Director of Respiratory Services for Tenet Healthcare’s three Central Valley hospitals since 2019; Doctors Medical Center, Emanuel Medical Center and Doctors Hospital of Manteca. He has been with Doctors Medical Center for nearly 30 years, serving in various roles in the respiratory department including director and manager.
Garcia is a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner. He is a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and the California Society for Respiratory Care. Garcia also serves as a Respiratory Subject Matter Expert for Tenet’s home office, as well as a Respiratory Advisory Member.
