Doctors Medical Center Observes World Breastfeeding Week

World Breastfeeding Week, August 1-7, 2023, is a time to raise awareness about breastfeeding. The observance is celebrated annually to encourage conversation among moms, friends and professionals.

Our Doctors Medical Center team participated in the Latch On Event that took place on August 3 outside the Modesto Library. It was a great opportunity to connect with moms in our community, answer questions and provide information on breastfeeding resources available.

Doctors Medical Center is proud to have a team of lactation experts on hand at our facility to help new mamas with breastfeeding questions, concerns and education during their birthing experience with us.
